Celebrating 15 Years of Ryan James Fine Arts 

Ryan James Fine Arts celebrated 15 years of bringing contemporary art, artists, and creative experiences to the Kirkland community. 

The anniversary celebration brought together artists, collectors, friends, and community members for an evening centered on art, connection, and the relationships that have shaped the gallery over the past 15 years. 

Guests raised a glass, explored the gallery, and embraced the occasion with bold, expressive looks inspired by the theme “Come Dressed as Art.” 

The Summer Concert Series Went Out on a High Note 

West Coast Feed closed out the Sunset Markets + Concert Nights series with an upbeat mix of rock, R&B, soul, and funk, bringing a lively, crowd-moving energy to Kirkland Urban. 

The final market took on a festival-style feel, with bold flavors, interactive food vendors, local makers, and plenty of summer energy filling the plaza. 

Celebrate Four Years of Urban Eyes

Wednesday, September 9 | 1–6 PM 

Celebrate Urban Eyes’ four-year anniversary with its inaugural Designer Showcase, an exclusive afternoon dedicated to the artistry, innovation, and craftsmanship of luxury eyewear. 

For the first time, Urban Eyes will bring together representatives from 26 distinguished eyewear brands for a special preview event at Kirkland Urban. Guests will have the opportunity to meet brand representatives and experience their latest collections firsthand, including new and exclusive designs being presented at Urban Eyes ahead of their broader launch. 

From iconic names such as Cartier, Lindberg, Dior, and Tom Ford to exceptional independent luxury designers, representatives will personally showcase their newest collections, share the inspiration and craftsmanship behind the designs, and offer an insider look at what’s next in luxury eyewear. 

What’s Next: Umbrella Fringe Festival 

September 25–27, 2026 

Kirkland Urban is proud to be part of the Umbrella Fringe Festival, a weekend-long celebration of unconventional, experimental and unexpected arts experiences across Kirkland. 

Join us at Kirkland Urban on Saturday, September 26 from 12–4 PM for pop-up performances and creative experiences, as artists bring theater, dance, comedy, music and more to unexpected places throughout the community.
