Born in Southern Vietnam not far from Saigon, Founder and Owner Quyen Phan started Vinason as a way to help provide jobs for his family. From there, he grew the business to five fast-casual locations and added to his portfolio the more formal Anchovies & Salt.
Located in the main plaza at Kirkland Urban, Vinason offers a variety of classic Vietnamese dishes inspired from the recipes of Quyen’s own family!
Crowd favorites like pho and Bahn mi are the highlights of the flavor-packed menu, served up in their light-filled dining room or in to-go ready containers. And don’t forget to order a beer from their self-serve wall!

Soi is a Thai word used to describe the side streets of Thailand’s biggest cities – often where locals find food carts serving up the best Thai flavors. The team at Soi wanted to bring the same exciting flavors found in the carts to the heart of Kirkland.
With a resume that boasts one of the top cooking schools in Thailand, Chef Jananya Mahanam knows how to use traditional ingredients to build flavors that are unique to Northern Thailand. Each dish is treated with care and finesse – including hand-carved vegetables and flowers!
